Thumbs down Square to Square golf swing.
Has anyone read this book? I picked up a secondhand copy and thought I would give it a try. The results were disastrous. Just how this book ever gained acceptance is beyond me

Yes, please explain? It seems to me the only way a swing can be square to square is to run along the the target line.

Question Re: Square to Square golf swing.
In the takeaway there is a slight curling under with the last 3 fingers of the left hand.The club head is taken straight back until it passes the right foot,only then are hips, shoulders etc. pivoted. This promotes a very upright swing and a very flat wrist position.

Question Re: Square to Square golf swing.
Just thought I would add a footnote,shortly after publication of the book ,Dick Aultman met John Jacobs ,after a lengthy talk he admitted the square to square concept was flawed. Aultman was co author with Jim Flick.

Do in with all these flaming books and stuff, I see so many people speaking about these websites that say " THE SECRET TO THE GOLF SWING IS HERE" they are all a bunch or ****!

Get a good Instructor and STICK WITH HIM!
