| Had my best round ever today, 1 over par, hit the ball worse than normal, but my short game was unreal, 25 putts, 2 sand saves and lots of up and downs made this round easy!! the problem is practising short game and putting are so boring! how do you make it more intresting? |

| Re: short game is king Practicing with a partner who is willing and around your same level, will let you both play games against each other. This simple competition does 2 things: Time flys by, and you focus better. Otherwise, if you are alone, play games in your head against yourself. 10 shots to within 4 feet...must make 7 before going to next station...etc. Bunker shots must have 5 within 10 feet... Whatever your level adjust the %'s. |
