I've stopped topping (I think)

I'm proud to say that recently I have realised although my tee shots have been wayward I have stopped topping the ball off the fairway. On 3rd August I had a number of very good fairway shots. 160 yrd 5 iron from the 2nd fairway over the trees onto the fringe on the first and a 140yrd 7 iron to within 6 ft of the hole! I'd like to thank pga pro, golfbald and unfourtunatly also sam 555 who did have some usefull advise. My local pro helped too.

Congrats Naz,

Welcome to the next step. You have truely reached a milestone in golf. Now you get to work on consistency with it. Once you got it down better, work on your pitching and chipping and you will see your scores drop even more!!!

I was hitting it good off the fairway but my tee shots with my driver sucked. Read "wierd driving" reply that I wrote and you'll feel better about your driving lately. On 14 I was taking my 4th shot from 130 meters out so I got that close and putted in for par. Every time I had a good chance off the fairway I couldn't get a birdie cause It took me an extra shot to get there in the first place because of my driving but I still take pars any day. i tried teeing up lower later on and it worked really well. not as much fade or draw and it rolled a lot.
