Hi All,

at the range tonight I was minding my own business, but for the life of me, I kept hearing a sound which had me baffled. It turned out the guy in the next bay was hitting an 8 iron which was producing beautiful strikes and ball flight. I enquired as to what was going on and he handed me the club. He had the shaft full of sand and was using the club as a swing and tempo trainer. What a great idea. By the way. the sound was that of the sand going up and down the shaft! Maybe this will help a lot of people find a rhythm and tempo.

Yes its a good cheap version of a momentus swing trainer.
