What Clubs should I carry?

I recently bought some new irons and some hybrids. I do not know my distances with the my new woods or hybrids yet. Just asking for advice what clubs I should carry so it prevent any overlap. Secondly, with my Nike carry bag the clubs get jammed and stuck when I put then in the bag. Does anyone suggest a good carry bag? or are they all the same size?

Clubs: 1W 4W 7W 1h 3h 4h 3i-pw SW LW putter

My thought was: 1W, 4W, 3h, 4i-pw,Sw, Putter.

Re: What Clubs should I carry?

I think I would head to the range first and see how you hit each club. Then play a few "practice rounds" to get a feel for each club. If possible try the 7wood, 4h and 4i from the same spot and see what you think. Then make a call on your 14 clubs or have an idea as to what choices you have and the seperation between clubs.

Also, your suggested clubs total I believe 12 so you have room for 2 more clubs and technically just need to drop 1 club if push came to shove I would drop the 4i right now or the LW if you just do not use it around the greens. (I love mine aand use it as my primary club inside 60 yds)

hi there
most good carry bags should hold 14 clubs comfortably.
i carry 14 clubs in a mizuno aerolite bag and i dont have any problems with the spacing.
if it was me i would drop the 7w,3i,4i,sw
