If I pick the top level "Golf tuition on line" from here it takes me out to the welcome page instead of the site index

There is still the problem when you pick "Golf Tuition Online" from the navigation menu you are taken out to http://www.golf-tuition-online.com/ instead of being taken to http://www.golf-tuition-online.com/index.php
