bruin has had a few negative comments about his posts
possible reverse c

can anyone help?
i am suffering lower back pain on finishing my follow through, and i am being told i have a reverse c.the suggestion was to widen my stance and lift my left heel slightly on the backswing, replanting as a first move on the downswing.
just before my takeaway, i tilt slighty to the right from the hips in order to avoid a reverse pivot, which has been succesful, is this move adding to my latest problem?
looking for some advice, because this back pain is stopping me from playing a decent shot, just when i was making progress.

Re: possible reverse c

A reverse C or pivot will create stress on your spine.

Not sure about the lifting of your left heel in the backswing, this can cause swaying which is exactly what you need to stop. Try and remain more centered in the backswing, don't let your weight get outside the inside of your right foot. In the downswing allow your hips to lead the downswing but not too much, let your weight fall naturally onto your left leg, kick your right knee in towards your left and rotate through to a full balanced follwthrough. Swing easy.
