| possible reverse c can anyone help? i am suffering lower back pain on finishing my follow through, and i am being told i have a reverse c.the suggestion was to widen my stance and lift my left heel slightly on the backswing, replanting as a first move on the downswing. just before my takeaway, i tilt slighty to the right from the hips in order to avoid a reverse pivot, which has been succesful, is this move adding to my latest problem? looking for some advice, because this back pain is stopping me from playing a decent shot, just when i was making progress. |
