Does anyone know anything about this course as an alternative to being a PGA pro?

Clearly the system, structure and institution is nowhere near as devloped or well-known as the PGA route. This month's Today's Golfer seemed to be positive about it, but I wanted to find out a little more about it and see if anyone had any thoughts?
