Ping G2 Driver Review

The distance I have been getting out of this thing down at the range is amazing. Ok so they are old hat now but there was one of these in the shop, ex-demo and it rocked.

I am in the process of buying new clubs and trying everything out from putters to drivers. I will try and post all of my findings on this review section of the site.

I thought that the G2 was one of the better of the drivers that I hit. It went long with big carry and on top of that straight. It felt a little heavier than the newer drivers but hey if it goes like that I don't care. Plus the added bonus being slightly older and ex-demo it was up for £60. A steal I think.

the Ping G2 was the biggest selling driver a few years ago and is still selling well even after a few years of being produced. there should be a lot of them about now second hand and are a good second hand buy.
all the reviews i have read put it up there in the top 95% of best drivers.
