Talking John Letters Trilogy 5

I bought John letters ( a scottish make) trilogy 5 irons last week and have never hit an iron so crisply. I tried Taylor made RAC's aswell but the trilogy 5's go straighter, further and feel much better in my hands in my opinion. also as John letters don't sponser any tour players, they're prices are lower as well!

Re: John Letters Trilogy 5

For the price john letter t5 rocks I purchaced the taylor made os 2 weeks ago and while in american golf they had an offer on the 7 iron in the t5.

You can purchace the 7 iron for 7 pounds and if you like the club take the 7 iron back to AG and they give you 100 pounds off the new price 350 so you only pay 250 pounds.

So I decided the 7 iron t5 would make a great spare since they are very similar to the OS but I have to disagree with your comparisons.

The t5s grips are very comfortable and would feel very good in mid high handicappers hands as you can apply a little more pressure than normal and get away with it

If you tried the taylor made os in the stiff shaft I am sure your view would be different, they are by far the most forgiving accurate straight hitting club I ever held and I have tried lots of clubs in trials.

Re: John Letters Trilogy 5

whateva works for sum people might not be the same for others. I feel more comfortable and confident standing over the ball with the t5's and am hitting them well. and if your doing the same with your taylormades then thats it's possible they suit your game better. I.E different weights, grips, shafts and so on!h I just hope i can continue to them well and actually maybe get down to single figures soon!
