Re: New Irons- Any recommendations?

If you are asking us that question, ask yourself this: will you be kicking yourself a year down the road for not spending the extra 100????

Re: New Irons- Any recommendations?

If you are looking at the MP-32's just get the MP-33's they are the daddies.

I would say the MP-30's were a better choice anyway.

Re: New Irons- Any recommendations?

A solution for people that want blades but really need the forgiveness of cavity back irons is use the cavity back irons for 3 through 7 and blades for 8 through wedges. Of course that combination is also known as a Combo set. I am considering adding the MP-32 or MP-33 in the future. Never know.

Re: New Irons- Any recommendations?

Update:

I have just exchanged my new MP-30s for the MP-32s. This is the set that I had wanted to go to anyway. I am very eager to try these!!!

Re: New Irons- Any recommendations?

I have just gone through the whole process of buying clubs myself and it is nice but confusing. I believe that all of the top brands these days are very competitive. Most people recommended the Mizuno MP 32's and they are great. I went for the Cleveland CG1's just to be a bit different and I love them.

A lot of people will still tell you that you have the best set of irons ever made in the Ping Eye 2's, but justifying a new set of golf clubs is always easy!!!

Re: New Irons- Any recommendations?

Is it worth saving the £100 if you spend the next 10 years wishing you'd had the other set.........!!
