X-Tour You can pre-order the X-Tour's now, they are $999 3-PW with steel shafts. http://www.golfsmith.com/ps/ppage.php?stynum=call4960

Re: X-Tour I hit a demo 5 iron at Chuck Brown Golf (Canada), very different for what you would expect from callaway irons. These actually look like a players club sort of a blade forged look but a deep cavity as well still a bit of a thick top-line but really really nice. It's just me but I will never pay 999.00 for any set of clubs unless they guarantee 59's every time I play. Also hit new titleist 905 driver very nice seems a lot like the 983 though. DBD... ![]()

Re: X-Tour Regardless of shaft thats still to rich for my blood lol Yea, they look nice but still a bit samey, its quite a departure for mickelson isnt it? He has played quite bladed irons all his career hasnt he? Still, money talks.....as Els says the head dont matter as long as you have your fave shaft on them. Im going to try and get a shot of the X-Tours myself though. One of the local driving ranges is a Callaway fitting centre. D
