Shaft Info Needed Please
| |||
Re: Shaft Info Needed Please Hi, I have exactly the same club and I believe that the shaft is a 35; certainly the description of the shaft and its design to achieve a "boring" trajectory is exactly what was quoted on the Titleist website before it was updated for the new 905. It's a great club, not the longest, but I'm very consistent with it and rarely get into troubles with it.

Re: Shaft Info Needed Please ph_kingston Thanks for replying so quickly, I had 975D with a E170 stiff, went and brought a 983k 9.5 with the same shaft, but it was a little bit to strong for me. My pro suggested the 10.5 with the prolite shaft regular. I have always used stiff in my woods, is yours a stiff or regular? I don’t have a massively fast swing, but I do generate good club head speed through the ball, I just hope it won’t be too soft, Many Thanks Ian

Re: Shaft Info Needed Please Ian, Yes I have the regular shaft in mine. I have a smooth tempo with the driver but can get pretty aggressive with this club without losing control so I don't think you'll have a problem. Enjoy it, it's a great club. Paul

Re: Shaft Info Needed Please ph_kingston Thanks for your Input, Had a swing yesterday. very nice shaft indeed, was quite firm not at all whippy. think I will get a lot more out of It than my other Titliest Driver 983k 9.5 E170 stiff shaft. Thanks for your advice Tyler42
