| Bore Through Irons and Head Premise Just curious if anyone else here is or has ever used the Head Premise irons? These are the clubs that I used years ago and am now using to get back into the game. I was wondering if people had used them what they are using now? I was looking at the Callaway Fusion and X-18's but was interested if anyone who liked the bore through feel diverged to another brand or had comments about other brands in relation to bore through irons? I'm starting the shopping now with a likely purchase this winter. I'm hoping on heading out to Cog Hill or another course next weekend to try some out on a range. Looking forward to reading replies ... hope everyone is striking them well!!! Sean |

| Re: Bore Through Irons and Head Premise Hi Sean I recently bought a set of x18 pros and they are a very nice club to hit. I prefered the pro series because it has a thinner sole, which is supposed to make for a lower ball flight, but didnt happen for me. Anyhow they r a very nice club, and everyone that has hit mine loves them. I didnt like the fusions anywhere near as the x18s. You might wanna look at the xtours, forged with a slight cavity , but hit and feel like blades with that Callaway forgiveness. Anyhow have fun shopping thats the best part. locktheglock. |
