Scotty Cameron Newport 2's.

Hi all.

I have the 2005 Newport 2 after having had an older one that I bought off eBay last winter that I never got to play a round with.

My question is this - what's with the insert? I've seen Goose playing the new one - the '05 with the insert - but all the other Newport 2's I've seen on tour are the old ones.

Do you think there's more feel to the older ones - say, the Pro Platinums - without the insert? Or is the difference completely negligible?
