White Hot 2 Ball Balde vs. DFX 2 Ball Blade?

I have it narrowed down between the white hot 2 ball blade and the DFX 2 ball blade, but i can't decide yet. I know the white hot has a softer feel vs. the DFX a harder feeling when you it hit.

But besides that what are some other differences? You personal opinons? Just some facts to help me choose between the two putters. Thanks for your time, and concern.

DFX. I like a harder feel... Like rock hard. milled face, and light head... but thats me... I dont dig the mallet putters at all they really fling the ball. I feel like the hard faces give a nice crisp feel. ON todays fast greens, light head and milled face make the downhill putt easier for me. DOnt know why.

Re: White Hot 2 Ball Balde vs. DFX 2 Ball Blade?

I have been using the 2-Ball White Hot blade style putter for over 35 rounds now.. Here is my experience using it,
The Good :
1. Good for alignment/aim
2. Since, I play with ProV1s, the feel is very soft. May be a DFX putter is better if you play softer ball like Titleist ProV1.
4. Good feel.

The bad:
The putter head is not heavy enough. For long distance putts, I tend to slug the ball (since my brain tells me that the putter head is light ) or I have to take a longer swing which I dont like to do.

To answer your question: Depends on what type of balls you use. If softer ones, then go for DFX else the other.

Hope this helps.

I prefer a softer putter, but with a hard sound.

I'm currently loving my MentorSports Triad 2 - and just received my MentorSports Duet. Let the battle begin!

DOODkie
I think it is Agianst the rules to putt with your headcover on... especially if it is aiding your putting stroke.

I want to try the two BAR blade putter! it looks sweet and imparts serious topspin on the ball! Which I do by hitting higher up on the ball on a grainy short putts so to ball just keeps its line over any bumps!

I bet is EXPENISVE!!

For the same money, you can get a putter from mentorsportstech.com... just like me.

Fantastic putters, the ball starts rolling right away, and the adjustable weights are suh-weet!
