What are standard loft's? Does anyone know what the standard loft's are for 3 iron to PW, and also what loft the pros bend theirs to? I hit the ball really high and was thinking of de-lofting my irons. Thanks in advance. Adz.

Re: What are standard loft's? It goes a little something like this: 2: 16° 3: 19° 4: 22° 5: 26° 6: 30° 7: 34° 8: 38° 9: 43° PW: 47° GW: 51° SW: 55° LW: 59° Now, these are all give or take 2° manufacturer to manufacturer.

Re: What are standard loft's? Hmm, interesting. I have Nike Blades and they are about 2-3 degrees more loft per iron, now I'm thinking since I hit it so high, would it be a good idea to get them de-lofted? Thanks.

Re: What are standard loft's? Getting them delofted would be the fastest and most effective way of bringing down your ball flight, yes.
