Re: new driver

Just bought this recently, Cleveland Ti 460, 10.5 loft, regular flex and torque 3.7. you can get it in different flex too. It goes a long way, 300 yards for me with a slight fade so when I get around to playing the draw i reckon i am going to be 320 yards average. £160 so within a reasonable budget. But the best thing to do is go to a pro shop get him to tape 3 or 4 drivers up and try them.
Good luck Keith

Re: new driver

Is that the "Hi-Bore" one, Keith?

If so, I'd love to hear more of your experience with it.

Re: new driver

no he is not talking bout clevelands new new one, that would be a little more money

the Ti 460 is a good one though and you can get it for a pretty good price since the new hi bore has come out

Re: new driver

Im in the same boat (well, its not broken yet!)
HAve you looked at any of the new King Cobras X/F/M-Speed?
Also, they have a legal version of the 440sz 10.5, you might be able to find it nice and cheap.

The G2/5 is also very popular.

Re: new driver

No its pre christmas I think but no complaints whatsoever about the club and its in the budget of £200 max. Think the high bore is £300 ?
Ti460 has the thinnest legal, face and crown the R&A allow steady swing and ping the ball is gone from here
Cheers

When you have said its snapped I presume you are talking about the shaft.

Why dont you just replace the shaft if you like the head. If the head is in good condition its a shame to get rid of it and waste money on a new club if you only need a replacement shaft.
