| Re: raising the COG Jeepers skywalker, how much higher do you want it? The VCOG (vertical COG) is above the halfway point on the modern driver. This is why 'driver off the deck' is a much tougher thing to do these days - as you don't get to really find the sweetspot. But, if you really wanted to, you could add lead tape to the crown to raise the COG. The only thing is, I think you'd have to add a substantive bit to really move the COG. A couple strips won't really effect anything. (Yes, from a scientific point of view, the COG will move. From a playability point of view, it won't make a difference).
