help with driver selection hi all im looking for some help in selecting a new driver. i know the best way is to go to a golf store and demo a few different ones but i just wanted to do some research before i do. i had custom irons made which are standard -1" in length my average swing speed is 85-90mph i play the true temper tx90 stiff shafts in my irons i can shape my irons nicely but tend to fade/slice a driver would a draw biased driver be an option? any help appreciated ![]()

Re: help with driver selection hi slater try a ping g5 as there in the top 5 of ever mag that does a review of drivers, and you can get then with diffrent lofts, shaft lenths, lie's and grip size and a whole list of shaft types. bill Last edited by bill reed; 08-21-2006 at 10:48 AM.

Re: help with driver selection If money is no object try the Taylor Made R7 with the 4 moveable weights. You can experiment with weight movement until you get the shaped shot that you want.
