Ping J-Bag, hoofer ppl too!

Hi, I just recently purchased used Ping golf clubs, putter, and driver. Got myself a brand new Ping J-bag wtih the double-straps. Does anyone have this specific bag, or even the Hoofer that is made by Ping? I'm a complete moron and I can't figure out how this double-strap system works.

One strap has patterns on it, I heard that this strap has to go over your right shoulder. I was wondering on how the bag sits when you wear it? Does it sit on a vertical plane with your spine, does it angle from one side to the other, or is it suppose to be horizontal when worn?

It seems a lil awkward using the dual straps, especially when all the clubs are loaded into the bag. Any advice with details is greatly appreciated!
