| Finger hurts between the knuckles Has anyone dealt with pain in the finger- not the joints but between the joints. I am a righty and for about the last six months have felt pain in my right hand in the ring and middle finger, in the area between the knuckles and the first joint. The joints are ok. I stopped for about two weeks and have taken it easy for what I think is long enough for any muscles to heal. Torn tendon? Would a larger grip help? Any overwrap to put on while playing? |

| Re: Finger hurts between the knuckles Had the same problem. The larger Winn grips helped but the biggest changed came from altering my swing. My divots were more like pork chops than bacon strips. By improving my balance, my divots became shallower and my finger pain (exactly as you described) went away. |
