Here's a source of exercises and stretches. I noticed when watching Katherine Robert's regular episodes, she really focusses on warmups, stretching and exercises for strengthening particular parts of the body used in the swing to prevent injuries.

There's one there for lower back.
I think you just tweaked a muscle or nerve.
