| Re: Flexability and Stretches Hi, I do an one hour static stretching in the morning. (Just done it:-) Then after 1-2 hours I go to the range for 30 minutes. Do a active stretching with clubs and at the same time practice weight shifting for my swing. - And then I might do some short game and go for a round. I have not done a cool down. Thanks for reminding me. This might take away some stiffness. Also one idea is to practice golf swing or short game after a round of golf. Then you know what you need to practise... It kind of gives you self confidence as you have fixed the "problem" for the next round. |

| Re: Flexability and Stretches For all you golfers with back problems.....an exercise that has literally changed my life has been a back bridge over an big exercise ball. I don't even need to hold it for very long....Just roll it slowly up and down my spine and across my hips and just relax....Hope it can help some of you... |
