| Fitness Program designed to Add length Hey guys, I am really interested in taking this course which is supposed to increase drives by 20-50 yards and this business is known for its service with NHL players and CFL players all around. It is an athletic training business specified for athletes, my friend took it and he said it was amazing; he did it for football. I just looked today and found out they do golf, heres the link: http://sportsspecifictraining.com/sp...ain/golf.shtml I was exstatic to see that this training program was available, do you guys think I should take it? It costs quite a bit of money but it seems like it would work. I would get a personal trainer and we would work on flexibility and strength training. |
