The Double Connexion

Has anyone read an online book of this name. What do you make of its theories or the theory of having an automatic swing.

Re: The Double Connexion

Hi There,

The best book I have ever read about seperating yourself from the swing is

"The Inner Game of Golf" by Tim Gallwey get the soft back green cover version from 1983, not the later blue hardback.

Hope this helps.

Ian.

Re: The Double Connexion

what are your thoughts on this type of process. I would like someones views on this sort of thing tht isnt trying to sell me. Ive only just discovered this type of thing and hav'nt had a chance to put it into practice yet. It sounds so "right" to me but i have my reservations that is all more useless hype.

Hi Tyson,

Follow this link, it is my artical, based on Tim's book,

http://www.golf-tuition-online.com/v...ead.php?t=2431 (Golf Psychology Introduction)

P.s I am not involved with this book at all, I am purley a member of staff at this site with a desire to help anyone who wishes to accept any advice I offer.

It truly is a great read for all levels of golfer, there are two people involved with the game........................the artical will explain more.
