| RE: improving strength This is in reply to AngusWatsons question on improving strength, sorry I had to make a new thread, but I can't reply to any threads for some bizzare reason. Have you tried the Fitness pages of this site? http://www.golf-tuition-online.com/v...ness/index.php Copy and paste the above link into your browser. I am a new user myself, however I found these exercises to be very usefull. I have only been playing for 9 / 10 months, but I have been working on all my muscle groups (especially the core muscles [abs / back etc]) as the game of golf requires a lot of twisting.
