Ups and Downs

Lately my game has been absolutely great or absolutely horrible. I tied my best score ever on 9 holes about 2 weeks ago. The day before that I quit keeping score as I was playing so poorly. 3 days later I wish I could've quit keeping score but it was a league match.

Had a few moderate rounds, then another bad day of league. Yesterday at league I was dead on again.

Hit a flag stick from 80 yards. Had 6 approach shots on 9 holes within 15 feet. This round of league is a scramble so my partner and I did very well. To bad neither of us could make a putt. Even when the wind picked up to 40mph I was still knocking it stiff. We used 8 of my approach shots.

I just don't understand how I can be so on one day and so very off the next. I guess I probably need to tape my swing to see if it's a swing flaw that if my timing isn't absolutely perfect or if it's between my ears.

Re: Ups and Downs

Ok let us know the result of the video. I would suspect that the error would be in your set-up or alignment... then again it's difficult to tell as it could be timing issues...

Did you do anything different from your usual routine those days? Missed breakfast? Slept late? Those things could also make a difference...
