Post What is a golf forum?

A golf forum is a place where golfers can post golf related questions and reply to questions from other golfers. Think of a golf forum as an online golf message board, where you can write or "Post" a message for other users of the golf forum to read.

The GTO golf forum is a great place to learn on all aspects of golf, from the golf swing, golf equipment reviews, golf news, terminology, rules and much more...

The GTO golf forum is free to join with no charges at all. You can join HERE it is fast and easy... no confidential information is needed to join.

There are actually different golf forums within our golf forum. Confused... well don't be, it is just terminology. golftuitiononline.com is though of as a golf forum primarily. e.g. The GTO golf forum (website) has many golf related forums within it, such as:
  • golf swing instruction
  • short game instruction
  • escape shots
  • general golf discussion
  • golfing glory
  • golf journals
and many more...

How do I ask a question on one of the golf forums?

If the question is not related to a current one on any of the golf forums then post a new questions or new "Thread". Again the term thread is terminology and doesn't mean much. I think of a thread as the beginning of a conversation...

Once a thread has been posted (submitted on a forum), any further post s relating to this thread are called "Posts". So one "Thread" can have many posts, but a post can be linked to only one thread (conversation).

How do I post a reply to a Thread?

Simply press the "Post Reply" button associated with the "Thread" that you are referring to on the relavant golf forum.

I hope this helps you with using our golf forum. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask... and don't be afraid to post... posting is good

Kind Regards

Re: What is a golf forum?

Hi I'm sure that there are any number of people who could help you - I'm not sure that you should listen to me or Bulldog and Slater will only refer you to the 3Skills - but I'd suggest that first you repost in a more relevant forum because I'm not sure how many will read it here and second that you are more specific about your problems - a video maybe?

Anyway good luck, you've come to the right place.

ps Greg you missed out that a "golf forum is also a place to have a laugh with others - see the "Dear Marge" - not necessarily about golf.

Re: What is a golf forum?

Good morning, Greg. You mentioned that Count Yogi and others had received some inspiration for learning/understanding golf, but you did not reveal what your inspiration was. Will you share it? Hope this is not to impertinent. I have enjoyed your instructional tape and know I can learn much more. Donald Asay
