Greg Willis Right Hand Drill

Can someone please tell me what is Greg Willis's RH Drill. I have recently completed Dante 4 magic moves and it changed my entire game. It added 20-30 yards to my drives. I understand that the RH Drill is identical to Dante's first magic move and I'm looking for additional info.
