Just watch out for your ceiling fan when using it inside. I knocked a blade off and it went clear across the room when I was using mine indoors.

The drill with a cotton sock and rubber band is best, you do only want resistance not weight.

If you are going to use a weighted club swing nice and slow. You swing the club don't let the club swing you. You can very easily hurt shoulders and back muscles

Re: Momentus Swing Trainer

Hi I have the momentous lob wedge, also heavier than normal. WOW what a club. I never fat, or quit on the chips, and its ideal to warm up. The extra weight also promotes the correct downswing. My scores have come down from 84's to 75's in 1 month of owning this club.

Re: Momentus Swing Trainer

Im dubious about that short game wizard, Keith.

It doesnt look like you can be very creative with it. From what I understand it creates zero backspin and you need 15 feet of green to land it on. It look like it does what it does very well but very few of the greens on the courses I play on have any flat areas that vast on them.

Re: Momentus Swing Trainer

It works for me I have stopped the ball dead, I am using super spin balls and it is wet in England (North East) at the moment so will reserve judgement until it hardens up a bit It is also helping train my downswing to come through on the right line (the weight of the club helps)

The most important thing it feels good and gives me confidence I am getting up n down in two on more than 60% of the time and improving. 12.6 handicap will soon be into single figures.
