'The Golf Mojo' anyone ever use one of these?

http://www.thegolfmojo.com/about-mojo.html

I may get one but I can't decide if I want the 3.5 lbs or 5.5 lbs.

Ya' gotta admit, it's kinda' cool looking.

I just want something to help me strengthen my left side. I'm a tennis player of 30+ years so I have a habit of using my right side too much because it is so much stronger than my left. I can use this Mojo thing while watching TV.

Good question, I don't really remember; I know it wasn't ESPN2 and I'm not sure what LDA is. Since I don't watch much TV I may have read about it in a golf magazine.

Re: 'The Golf Mojo' anyone ever use one of these?

Mulligan Al,
The reason I ask is I happen to know the person who designed it and is in the process of producing and selling them he is a great guy and has put his life into this product, and it's nice to see it being noticed. (and I designed the logo)....I've used the proto-type over the winter...I haven't had a chance to test it out yet "on the grass"....but I'll be sure to let you know how it goes....

LDA is the Long Drivers Association. They had a tourney on ESPN2 christmas day in the afternoon, The golf MOJO is the official strength trainer for the LDA.......thats how I thought you had heard about it.....but now I sound like a commercial!....
Thanks for the quick reply! and take care.
Swingin!

Swingin, please let me know what you think about it, I'm still considering one as a training/fitness tool.

Also, the logo is pretty darn good lookin', nice work.

Mulligan Al,
I promise to let you know! It works for baseball, Pujols uses the baseball version and he seems to be doing pretty well....and thanks for the compliment on the logo.
Take care....and come on warm weather!....

The Golf Mojo is great. I use the 5.5 Lb one...that is by far the most popular. There is a new website for Mojo Sports now: http://www.swingthemojo.com You can also blog your experiences about the mojo at http://www.swingthemojo.com/blog
