The inside approach swing trainer!

Guys I just wanted to share some info about this item. I have just recently made me one and it seems to work. I had it at the range today and it seemed to do the job. It makes you approach the ball from the inside instead of the outside. Don't spend $60 on this thing. Go to Lowe's or Home Depot and buy thte PVC and make your own. Here is the website so you can see it to build it!

Re: The inside approach swing trainer!

Cakalac,

Thanks for the info,

You can use a cardboard box or a open golf brolly and hit ball from just underneath.

I think the inside approach is the only gadget that works for nearly everyone who uses it.

Ian.

Re: The inside approach swing trainer!

You can get one on E-Bay for $20. It doesn't include any of the videos or the carrying case but you get the original gadget. I bought the deluxe edition with all the trimmings. I think it was worth it. You get that for less on E-bay too. This is my first practice aid so I am looking forward to using it. I have made a lot of improvement in my game lately but have to fight the tendency to bring the club too far inside.

Someone posted a photo of one he made using a swiming "noodle" and a coat hanger. You simply suck it in the ground.

If I were desperate I would probably do that but I wanted the videos, carrying case, fold up design and sharp look. Whatever works.

Re: The inside approach swing trainer!

I built one out of PVC.

Man, my swing needs some serious work. Either I come OTT and make great contact (but play a high right fade), or I chunk it trying to come inside.

In a nutshell, two words:

Range time.
