Balance Board, I've read that some golfers practice

with one to improve their balance during the swing, has anyone here ever tried this?

A balance board will also help to increase core strength, which is great for golf (and pretty much everything)

Just ramdom thoughts...
In a golf swing you have a weight shift from center - right - left. Balance board could work in direction front - back. I used a 2"x1" stick under a board. Stick was in the direction of target line. I hade difficulties first to make a normal swing. (Not to think that I am standing on a wiggling board. After I was prave enough not to think of my balance, it worked "okey". I had problems in a balanced finnishing stance.

Here is one version of balance drill.
(I think that a board and a 2x1" stick under it, has similar affect.)
