swingwave???

Has anybody seen or tried the new swingwave? It's a big hollow plastic golf club type thing that you fill with water, it's supposed to teach you timing and the release. I can see how it MIGHT work, and was wondering if anyone has tried it. Or, what is the best training aid for teaching the release part of the swing?
