up and down, greens in regulation?

What is "up and down"?

Greens in regulation - I assume it means being on the green at 1 under your par - ie assuming a 1 putt only? Is this correct.

Re: up and down, greens in regulation?

Green in regulation is being on the green at 2 under par or better (ie 2 putts scores no worse than par).

Up and down is missing the green in regulation but getting on and making 1 putt (or chipping/pitching in after missing the green).

Scrambling is specifically getting up and down for par.
