Re: Got a swing named after you?

A few dodgy ones there. I suppose you'd have to know your playing partners well before uttering some of them.

I always took Paula Radcliffe to mean:

"I thought it would run but it just stopped"

Here's a few more I stole from another site:

A Kate Moss - a bit thin

A Cathy Freeman - Ugly, but runs well

A nipple licker - a shot that opens up the hole

Putting like a gynaecologist's assistant - shaving the hole

Re: Got a swing named after you?

I got a good one for one guy in our group. His name is John. He uses a blade putter and has a real quick stroke and doesn't take it far back and rushes it on the through swing. He is very prone to miss short putts. When he misses a short one we call him John Bon Jabby (in reference to John Bon Jovi for those of you outside the US)

Re: Got a swing named after you?

Dunno if this has anything to do with it, but around my club, I have a swing named after me. Whenever anyone skys it, they call it the "Tim" cause I sky my drives about 9/10 times. But I'm working on it!

Re: Got a swing named after you?

fart master flex
a buddy of mine is in to body building and can be seen flexing his muscles in a mirror just about anywhere. He also is pretty proud to flex some other muscles that release some gas so the nickname I gave him was fart master flex, after a rapper, funk master flex.
so anyway, if you swing at a ball really hard and hit it reallly sh@#ty, then you have done a fart master flex
