For a right hander the ball turns sharp left as forward momentum is decreasing

the snap hook is usually a real low ball turning severly to the left and droping quickly, the cause is because you have rolled your wrist over hitting the ball with a severly closed clubface which delofts it and gives the severe left sinking hook.
