| I'm looking at buying a lob wedge and am a little confused with the various degree's of bounce that some have. Can you please explain what this means, and also what degree of bounce would be the best to go for, for all round playability. Thanks |

| I think this is part of what you are looking for. Bounce Angle - In a wedge, bounce is the angle of the sole as measured from the ground plane in a square hit position. Typically, the trailing edge is below the leading edge, which can be a lot or a little, depending on sole width and bounce angle. The optimum bounce angle or degree is designed into each of our Callaway Golf wedges to prevent the leading edge from digging, which can stop the momentum of the club and result in loss of intended distance. You can go here and click on Bounce Angle: Callaway Glossary Hope that helps some. |
