| Swing warmup routines after hiatus from golf I am hoping that someone out there has a few quick drills that will help me out. I have not been able to play or practice all that much this year. Consequently, I have found that my game is pretty bad on Saturday and then I am golfing my handicap on Sunday. I have tried going to the driving range before my game on Saturday, which helps but I am still unpredictable on the course—hook here, bit fat there and my short game ohhh the pain…. By Sunday, my putts start to roll more true, my drives increase in accuracy and distance and my short iron play starts to get respectable again… I have found that my chipping can stay bad all weekend… Bummer… During Summer holidays, when I am able to play 3 to 4 times a week, I find that my handicap starts to come back down and I have a few games in the 80’s again. But during the winter, my main goal seems to be grinding out hard earned 95-98 games off the stick. Upwards of 10-12 strokes difference!!! Any advice out there from someone that has a stable game despite months of not playing at a time???
