LOL....sorry about the hat fellas, just trying to look like your avatar slater!!

My ball flight is pretty high which may be costing me distance. At the moment I am either getting a nice draw or losing them straight to the right?

My handicap 14.1

You seem to have a very cupped left wrist at the top, this may be causing your pushes and high ball flight due to an open clubface at impact. When you manage to square it you get the draw.

You may consider flattening your swing plane a little with your driver (I don't know what it's like with your other clubs), It may help to lower your ball flight and eek out some more distance.

Otherwise a nice looking swing sequence, well done.

You definitely need to film yourself down the line to see what you are doing with your hands and right elbow.

Re: Please Critique Sy Swing

Not bad at all! Hard to look at you with a straight face wearing that hat. If I was you, i'd work on 3 things....

1) Separation of the hips and shoulders when starting the downswing. A little more rotation of the left hip. You replant the left foot well to transfer the weight, but you need some more rotation of the hips.
2) Setting fire to that hat.
3) You appear to be very upright during the downswing. Make sure you are maintaining your spine angle (forward tilt).

Good flow to your swing. Very solid foundation.

I don't see any issues with that hat. Wide brim, keeps the sun off your neck.

I think the loss of distance is probably due to you wearing women's capri pants

Shorts need to stay just above the knee.

OMG LOL!!! Didn't even notice that!

Sorry man. We should be working to help your swing, but sometimes we can't help ourselves!

Hey RH, can you explain what you mean by a "seperation".

Thanks
