| Hello all, I'm new to the board and to golf (only been playing about 3 weeks now) and from reading the messages on this board, I think I'm coming over the top with an outside to in swing. I slice very badly with both my woods and my irons. Well, I broke down and have a lesson with my local course's instructor today. Hopefully he will be able to help me correct (over time) the problems with my swing that is causing me to slice the heck out of my shots. (I currently hit my driver approx. 265 yards with the slice). Anyways, wish me luck......I do enjoy myself when I'm out on the course even if I do have to aim at the fairway to the left of me so hopefully I'll enjoy it just that much more once I get my swing straightened out.
