| Re: Trapped Ball This does affect the loft, yes. You are doing something in your grip or swing that is not allowing you to release the club correctly. You are making compensations of a flaw with another flaw...never a good idea. The right solution is to get back to basics...really. Start over. Start with basic grip, setup, swing ... this is always better then trying to fix a flaw with another flaw. See a pro at least once and get that basics back. Then work on it. It's no fun changing habits, but if you are looking to fix the origional flaw, you have to get it done correctly. |
