| shoulder turn i make a big shoulder turn, causing the club to travel back on a very flat swing plane. i think i am losing distance because of it. what should i do? i have lost 15-20 yards on every club.(mostly the irons) |

| Re: shoulder turn On the backswing, its important to keep the right knee flexed. This helps you move your weight onto the inside of your right leg. If you straighten that leg, youll tend to have a reverse weight shift and lose all your power. A flexed right knee also helps you limit your hip turn. Thats good. You want your shoulders to turn more than your hips, so you build some coil, for power. This is what bucth harmon has taught Tiger woods. |
