Swing thought feeling on the takeaway?

Help........ as I have mentioned elsewhere on the forums, I tried the 'one piece takeaway' along with counting to help my tempo and it has cured all number of problems that I had.
The problem is, it seems such a slight adjusment (although I know that sometimes new tips are exaggerated) that; 1) I am not overly confident that this is the change that has sorted me out - I have only tried it for 9 holes so far- and 2) I don't have any 'feel' for it yet and, although I think I am doing it each time, I am having to think about it each time I address the ball without a true picture of how it should feel.
Perhaps I am just being lazy and should get out there and practice until it is second nature, but do you have any swing thoughts or suggestions of where I should be or how it should feel at a particular point in the takeaway?

Re: Swing thought feeling on the takeaway?

Any change is going to feel different until you use it without thinking. 9 holes is not even close to you not being able to not think about it, so yes you answered your question...practice this thought for about 10 buckets (500 shots). Then see where you are.

I would not add any other thoughts to you right now. You helped yourself with this thought so make it automatic first, then add other ones later.
