| the z position I have been reading the info on the site. My big problem is not being able to get my right leg to kick in on the down swing. Could some one explain the Z position, and start the down swing by pushing off the right foot.. |

| Hi Mike, I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the right leg kicking in on the downswing. I would not advocate a kicking of the right leg on the downswing. The downswing/throughswing should be thought of as a natural unwinding of the backswing. The right leg plays a relatively passive role in the throughswing as the weight is transfered to the left side (for right handers). For a lesson on the Throughswing click here. |
