| Terminology I sometimes have trouble hitting the long irons and definately a lot of trouble with the woods. The ball flight when hit with these clubs are straight right and then curve more right. Is this commonly known as a push-slice? This is the result of an inside-out swing path plus an open clubface. Correct? That means if I can close my clubface on impact while maintaining an inside-out swing path, the shot will become a draw right? |

| Re: Terminology Try my club face alignment drill: http://www.golf-tuition-online.com/v...rticle.php?a=3 As I said, if your clubface is square to the target at impact and your path is inside-out, your ball flight will start to the right and draw back to the target, close to the target line. Make sure your clubface is square as possible at impact. If the ball is too far off to the right still, I would suggest not having your path so far from inside-out and try to get it more inside-square-inside. |
