Head behind the Ball I know I am suppose to keep my head behind the ball at impact but does this apply to shorter irons such as pw, 9 and 8 irons. From my understanding, the shorter the club the further back the ball in your stance. How would I keep my head behind the ball at impact on a shorter iron? Or is my assumption incorrect. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Re: Head behind the Ball thanks for the speedy response Ricky. I found the following thread very very useful. I like Method 1 because there is no guessing. Tryed it and it worked. http://www.golf-tuition-online.com/v...ead.php?t=1485 (The Golf Ball Position - where to position the golf ball)

Re: Head behind the Ball Your heads between your shoulders. For a driver off the front foot this puts your head behind the ball, for a pitching wedge off the middle of your stance this puts your head directly over the ball. Just maintain that position during your swing.
