As badgers has said but with a difference as to pole position i have the thought of a pole stuck through my head and exiting at my butt then nailed into the ground this thought prevents me of any sideways movement of any part of my anatomy including the head so there is only one way to swing the club and that is to rotate the sholders around this centre point.Cheers Shangaa |
