Really high building...now there is a way to get the adrenalin going. Might even be enough to get you to stop thinking about your swing...at least until half way through the backswing.

Remember that this is not a quick fix. For some people it can take 20 times to ingrain the Clear Key, others it takes 120 times. This is more something to keep working on as a long term mental solution.

I have just started to use this drill (4th time) and by the last set of four balls I was able to feel it. It is pretty neat. (I have done it before playing pool, won the table 6 times in a row before realizing it (I was trying to avoid talking to a girl I had snogged the night before). Then lost, but I remember the feeling (disembodied).) The real trick is to be able to turn it on and off with ease.

Technique will still have to be worked on, which your teaching pro will help you with. Also ball flight will also tell you a lot about the problems in your technique.

Remember to include your preshot routine before each ball.
